What you did today with the free oil change for veterans was very much appreciated and encouraging to me. When I came home from servicing in Vietnam veterans were not appreciated, except by family and other veterans. Your kindness has helped turn this around, and I commend your company for its integrity in honoring those who served.

I cannot thank you enough for what you and your employees did for us Vet’s with the FREE Oil Changes on Veteran’s Day! That was a truly incredible thing to do. I wish more people in this country would show their gratitude for all of the men and women who do and have served this great country we live in. THANK YOU and you will ALWAYS have my business.

I would like to thank Ron Morrow, the owner of the two Grease Monkeys in Longmont, for providing free oil changes to myself and a multitude of veterans on Veterans Day. I was at your location on November 11, 2010. My overall experience at your location was excellent. I found your employees to be very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained the services that were performed on my car and the speed of service I received was average. I am aware of you full range of services and I was presented with these options at the time of my oil change. The center was very clean. This is not my first visit to Grease Monkey and I plan to return. Thank you for the Veterans Day free service!

I will go nowhere else to have my oil changed and other work done on my car. This is the second time I have stopped in close to closing and they are always willing to stay a little late to get my car done.

All employees were good, friendly, informative, polite, attentive, provided fast service and answered my questions in a very informed matter. They also had one of the cutest grease monkeys I have ever seen directing me into the shop and she knew what she was doing! Great experience!

I want to commend your staff, especially Adam, Fernando, and Travis. After leaving the facility, I went to wash my car including under my hood. This action caused my car to misfire the next day. I didn’t know what to do and called back as to what possibly could have been wrong. Adam came to my house, checked on it, and verified that something was off. He then asked the permission to take my car to the shop where they found that it was my wet spark plugs that caused the problem. They dried my engine and Adam returned the car to me within the hour. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff’s willingness to help solve the problem that was completely my own. I am sincerely impressed by the level of commitment, quality and service to their customers. I have been praising their act to who ever is willing to listen for the last week. I was a faithful customer before, but they have made me even more committed to visit Grease Monkey for my needs. I want to thank them for their kindness, hard work and efficient expertise in making this customer happy.

Every employee that was working at store #1 @ 8885 N Washington, Thornton CO 80029 was working on my car as a team since it was the only vehicle there at the time. They provided the best customer service and advised and showed me the items that needed to be replaced. They are an awesome team and I will definitely be returning to get my car serviced with this store. I wish more places had employees like this.

I wanted to let you know that your location at 13662 Colorado. Thornton, CO 80602 is an exceptional place of business. Kudos to the manager Ed Ivaska. He by far, was the most helpful, honest, and straight-forward individual I’ve worked with in the auto industry. He and this team have a high level of integrity, and they have won me as a loyal client. I will go nowhere else to get maintenance for my car done. This is an especially nice Grease Monkey and I’ve been to a couple others. It’s especially clean with very nice people.
